At O Sel Ling our sole objective is to benefit all beings by offering the necessary tools to cultivate the positive qualities that are in the hearts and minds of all of us so that they flourish and manifest in the world.

To make this possibility available to everyone, we try to keep our prices as low as possible and many people volunteer to collaborate at the centre.

Your valuable help will allow us to continue inviting teachers, improve and repair facilities, and complete all ongoing projects. In a few words, your help will allow us to continue to exist.
